Engaged by a National Wholesale/Retail distributor to evaluate the “AS IS” capabilities of their existing Supply Chain Operating System (People, Process & Technology that consisted of disparate processes and technology across the enterprise.  Further to the “AS IS” I lead a team to draft and publish the “To Be” architecture of a restructured/unified supply chain. Designed and published comprehensive RFPs for Supply Chain Solution Providers, Over saw a team that evaluated of each vendor (TMS, WMS, ERP/SCM modules). Finally acted in a Project Management role to oversee the successful implementation and integration of the new Supply Chain Operating environment that was delivered on schedule and under budget with a measurable ROI

Engaged by a Private Equity client to provide M&A:  Pre acquisition target identification, Due Diligence and Post Merger integration of Supply Chains (People, Process & Technology) for International/National acquisitions in the Retail, Wholesale and Manufacturing verticals


Performed Supply Chain Transformation, Process Improvement Modeling/Analysis/Blueprinting, Digital Supply Chain Assessments/Architecting and IT Optimization engagement for Private Equity owned organizations-in the Retail, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, HiTech, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, and Wholesale/Online providers.


Participated/Lead the Project Management Office involved in the selection and implementation of advanced technology solution engagements to include: “On Shore & “Off  Shore” system integrators


Retained by a VC owned Post Merger Small Cap Fully Developed Pharmaceutical Manufacturer to Provide/Direct Global Regulatory Affairs, Reengineering of organizations Multi-Plant Supply Chain Management and Planning (S&OP, MRP, Demand, Production Planning and Inventory Management Processes.


Retained by a Global Strategy Consultancy to assist in the Development / Blue Printing/ Architecting of the firm’s Digital Supply Chain Procurement Transformation/Supply Chain Blueprinting/ Architecting/Analysis Practice Offering . Acted as the Firms Subject Matter Expert on Digital Engagement Proposals and Client Deliverables.

Delivered engagements to clients that consisted of the bench marking of Supply Chain Solution Providers (WMS, TMS, MES, etc.. ) vs larger ERP providers (SAP, Oracle, Infor etc..) supply chain modules.
